ALBICT
Digital Innovation, Startup Support, and Tech Education
Founded in 2013, ALBICT is a leading organization in Albania focused on technology, innovation, education, startups, and social impact. Through its educational programs, startup accelerators, and events, ALBICT has supported over 600 youth-led projects, directly helped more than 75 startups, and organized over 100 workshops and hackathons.
ALBICT is the founder and winner of the “DiVA” European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) project, the first EU-supported digital innovation hub in Albania, set to launch in January 2025, funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe program.
For 12 years, ALBICT has organized the prestigious “Albanian ICT Awards” and currently runs the Uplift Western Balkans accelerator, supporting startups in digital and green tech. It also operates ICTSlab, a dedicated tech lab and learning center.
Their consulting services support a wide range of clients, including international organizations, governments, corporations, and research institutions, making ALBICT a key player in driving innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
