Key Areas of Activity

• The Education and Development Committee, part of ACTI, supports professional development in technology through training, mentoring, and connections to the job market, helping young people and professionals prepare for industry demands.
• The Committee collaborates with universities, vocational schools, and industry stakeholders to offer educational programs and professional certifications to international standards, drawing inspiration from best practices of organizations like TechUK and CompTIA.
• Activities include intensive boot camps, job fairs, and school presentations to promote opportunities in the technology sector and stimulate interest in STEM careers.
• The Committee also provides training for businesses, helping staff adopt new technologies and improve digital skills. These initiatives strengthen the country’s technological capacity and build bridges between education, business, and institutions.

Head of Human Resources & Legal at Soft & Solution, Xhenila has led the company’s transformation from a 25-person team into a group of six companies with over 115 professionals in Albania and Turkey. As Chairwoman of ACTI’s Education & Development Committee, she brings deep expertise in organizational growth and governance to strengthen the bridge between academia and industry and advance the development of future technology leaders.

With over 15 years of experience in information technology, Yllka has expertise in creating innovative solutions and leading development teams to deliver high-quality software products. Kejdi Koçi is a skilled professional in database administration and development. He holds a degree in Computer Science and specializes in designing, maintaining, and optimizing database systems to ensure high efficiency, security, and availability. Alban Stambolliu

Alban is a professional programmer with several years of experience in developing and maintaining software systems. He combines strong analytical and creative skills with a deep commitment to technology and innovation. Alongside his IT career, he also serves as a part-time lecturer at the Agricultural University of Tirana. As a committee member, Alban seeks to foster cooperation between education and industry and promote projects that strengthen the professional development of young people, contributing to a stronger and more competitive educational ecosystem in Albania.

Marin Çollaku

Member of the Education & Development Committee

Marin is a Tech Lead with over 8 years of experience in developing, managing, and maintaining IT systems, with a particular focus on the financial sector. For about 5 years, he has served as an external lecturer at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, in the Economic Informatics Department. He is also involved in professional development centers such as SDA. Since 2024, he has been a full-time lecturer at Logos University College, contributing to the training of new generations of IT professionals. With his innovative approach and deep passion for technology and education, Marin continues to bridge academia and industry.
