At the Career Fair organized by Epoka University, ACTI’s Education and Development Committee presented a unique model of collaboration in support of students and young professionals.

More than 40 ICT companies came together under a joint booth, creating an open space where young people were not only searching for a job but had the chance to choose the company that best matched their culture, vision, and spirit of collaboration.

This was a concrete example of what happens when an entire sector acts as one united community, rather than as isolated islands.

Through this initiative, ACTI created real opportunities to ensure that no talent is left behind. Exceptional candidates who in the past might have heard “not right now” from companies can today find immediate opportunities elsewhere, thanks to this collaborative network.

Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of ACTI’s Council, often says that “The true strength of our ecosystem lies in collaboration. Only by sharing opportunities and working together can we ensure that young talent is not lost but transformed into value for everyone.”

This activity is proof that when collaboration works, every step young people take toward the labor market becomes more secure and better supported.
