ACTI – Successful Collaboration for Education: A Transition to the Labor Market

The Education and Development Committee of the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) presented today before ACTI’s Board and committees its newest initiative: “ACTI – Successful Collaboration for Education: A Transition to the Labor Market”

This initiative was developed with dedication by the committee members, with a clear goal: to help students successfully transition from university life to the labor market.

At its core, the initiative aims to build strong bridges between academia and industry, creating new opportunities for young people through engagement in real and impactful projects.

The benefits for students and professors include:

  • Gaining practical work experience during their studies
  • Receiving financial compensation for contributions to real-world projects
  • Professional preparation aligned with current labor market needs

At the same time, ACTI and its members benefit from the involvement of motivated and well-prepared young talents, significantly reducing the costs of recruiting and training inexperienced staff.

This initiative represents a sustainable and mutually beneficial model of collaboration for all parties involved.

“Investing today in the professionals of the future means building a more prepared workforce and a more sustainable economy,” said Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of ACTI’s Council.

ACTI thanks all participants, organizers, and especially the Council Board for their trust and continuous support. Initiatives like this are essential to building real bridges between education and industry, shaping a workforce that is better prepared and more innovative.
