ACTI and NCSA join forces for cybersecurity and youth development

In a significant step toward institutional collaboration, today marked the signing of the first cooperation agreement between the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) and the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI).
The agreement was signed by Mr. Igli Tafa, Director General of NCSA, and Mr. Gentian Likaj, Member of ACTI’s Governing Board, representing the council.
The aim of this agreement is to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in building a more secure, sustainable, and innovative digital environment. Key areas of collaboration include:
- Sharing best practices in the field of cybersecurity
- Developing training programs for youth
- Designing and implementing joint projects focused on professional empowerment in technology
In line with ACTI’s mission to build meaningful bridges between the public sector and the innovation community, this agreement represents a concrete step with real impact.
Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of ACTI’s Council, often says that “sustainable digital growth in Albania requires open and active cooperation between institutions and the innovation sector.”
ACTI will continue to develop partnerships with other institutions to strengthen the national technology ecosystem and build a future where security, innovation, and education go hand in hand.
