The discussions highlighted the current reality: the job market is changing rapidly, and Albania needs skilled professionals who can keep up with global technology.

Students and academic staff shared their views on the existing gaps and the opportunities presented by digital transformation. For ACTI, this is clear evidence that collaboration between universities, industry, and public institutions is the foundation on which the future is built.
