In the heart of Dubai, one of the world’s leading centers of technology and innovation, the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) and Durana Tech Park proudly represented Albania at the international event Expand North Star / GITEX Dubai 2025.

This is one of the largest global exhibitions for startups, technology, and digital innovation, bringing together thousands of professionals, investors, and companies from around the world to exchange ideas, explore trends, and build opportunities for collaboration.

Albania’s participation, through ACTI and Durana Tech Park, marks an important milestone for the country, positioning it as the gateway to the Balkans and an emerging destination for the innovation and startup ecosystem.

As part of this representation, one of ACTI’s active members, Mr. Ermal Sallaku, founder and CEO of Introvus sh.p.k., based in Dubai, made a valuable contribution to Albania’s presence by taking part in discussions and meetings with representatives from the technology and innovation sectors.

Thanks to his engagement and close collaboration with the Durana Tech Park team, the Albanian stand became a vibrant space for dialogue and idea exchange, showcasing the talent, creativity, and innovation potential of Albania and the vision of building a cross-border, sustainable digital ecosystem.

This representation highlights the importance of collaboration between Albanian companies inside and outside the country and demonstrates the growing network that ACTI is building to promote Albania as an active player in the international technology arena.
