As part of ACTI’s Balkan Tour, representatives of the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) continued their regional visits in Dubrovnik, meeting with partners and counterparts from the fields of technology and innovation.

The tour aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration and exchange ideas that drive the growth of the regional innovation ecosystem. At its core lies a shared mindset: there are no models to copy, only ideas to share and inspiration to exchange.

During the meetings, discussions focused on practical ways to align efforts in technology, innovation, and digital education, positioning the Balkans as a region with significant potential for cooperation and sustainable development.

As Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of the ACTI Council, often says:

“Inspiration knows no borders. Everywhere we go, we find energy and ideas that remind us real progress happens through collaboration. Our region has the potential to become a true hub of innovation in Southeastern Europe.”

The ACTI Balkan Tour continues to grow as a platform for building new regional partnerships and strengthening Albania’s role in the broader network of innovation across the Balkans.
