ACTI Signs Partnership Agreement with EIT Community Hub Albania

In an important step toward strengthening Albania’s innovation and technology ecosystem, ACTI has signed a Partnership Agreement with EIT Community Hub Albania, alongside four other key ecosystem partners.
This initiative, supported by the EU4Innovation project implemented by GIZ Albania, aims to build a strong collaboration platform connecting institutions, businesses, and the innovation community.
Through this agreement, the partners commit to:
- Expand access to EIT programs in entrepreneurship, skills development, and professional training,
- Strengthen the link between universities and businesses, fostering collaboration in research, development, and knowledge transfer,
- Co-develop EU-funded initiatives that enhance competitiveness and innovation in Albania.
This partnership marks a concrete step toward internationalizing Albania’s innovation ecosystem and integrating it into the broader European technology and research network.
Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of ACTI, highlighted the vision behind this collaboration:
“This partnership is a gateway for Albania to join the European innovation network. It opens real opportunities for our entrepreneurs and innovators to connect, learn, and grow beyond borders.”
This development reinforces ACTI’s role as a bridge between local institutions, businesses, and international partners, helping to build a sustainable, open, and competitive innovation ecosystem that positions Albania as an active player in the European tech landscape.
