From Ideas to Action: How Challenges Turned into Real Projects in the First Month

In the first month after its establishment, the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) showed that it is not just an association, but a force bringing real change to the technology ecosystem in Albania. Within a few weeks, over 250 individual professionals and more than 40 member companies joined the vision, building a community that grows every day.
One of the most significant moments was ACTI’s first project, entrusted to it by a small company that did not have the ability to develop a software solution quickly and professionally. With a value of 30,000 euros, this project became the cornerstone of what ACTI represents: building bridges between the real needs of the market and the best expertise our community offers.
This model serves as an open call for professionals who want to engage in independent projects, for engineers looking to make a tangible contribution, as well as for startups and small companies that need reliable partners to take their development to the next level.
Today, ACTI has surpassed that initial phase and has transformed into a powerful community with 62 member companies and 251 active professionals. This growth clearly shows that the strength of innovation lies in collaboration and a shared vision.
As Ermal Beqiri, Chairman of ACTI, often says: “ACTI is a mindset that teaches us that digital development is not achieved alone. It is built when people, companies, and institutions unite their energies towards a common goal.”
